to anyone who may read this, please help.

have you ever been in such a state of mind that you can't even think about what will happen next? like you're so depressed it doesn't even matter?

i'm in such a state of despair right now, it is absolutely ridiculous. it's happened to me before (i think it happens to a lot of people) but i'm not sure how to deal with it.

do you have any ideas? i'm fresh out. help? please?

I find a few different things help.. music can be brilliant for a more instant mood lifter... gaining perspective can help - looking bigger, treating yourself or trying to appreciate the small things. Write it all down and then rip up the paper, try and let go of what it is that has you so worked up. I hope you're doing ok :)
